Rattle made with the beautiful dark hide from a himalayan yak. This hide is acquired as scrap material from an artisan drum maker.
The rattle is filled with organic buckwheat, giving it a nice heavy feel and sound.
This rattle is constructed with a leg bone from a dutch red deer as handle.
The rattle is decorated with a colorful braid, made from 9 strands of cotton in blue and white colors. During the braiding, only the best of intentions and blessings were put in.
Total length of this rattle is 24,5 centimeters. It weighs 101 grams.
